Position and Agility Drills
Each athlete must designate a primary position when they register for the camp. Each group will have color coded jerseys based on their position. The Football Position Drills will be run by some of the top former college & NFL Players. They are instructed to use drills that will be beneficial for our staff to evaluate players overall athletic ability, strength and conditioning. Athletes will participate in 4-5 position and agility stations throughout the camp.

We will also provide several tips and pointers to help athletes develop a game plan for maximizing their potential at their position.
Once the position and agility drills are finished, all athletes will participate in 1-on-1 Drills. This is the most important part of the evaluation process. It doesn't matter if you come from a small school or a large school everyone is on a equal level playing field. This is where you prove how good you are. We have set a lot of time for this part to the camp so all athletes get a lot of reps. All drills will be videotaped for Rivals.com, Scout.com, 24/7 Sports and college coaches.
Best of the Best Competition
The Total ExposureFootball Camp will have the Best of the Best Competition at the end of camp. Throughout the day our staff is identifying the top players in attendance. These top players will be called out to compete against each other to see who is the best at their position.
Awards will be passed out at the end of camp and will be recognized on Rivals.com, Scout.com and 24/7 Sports. Parents are encouraged to join us during the awards presentation.
What is the Cost of the Total Exposure Football Camp?
The cost of this camp is $95.00. All participants will recieve their Total Exposure Football compression shirt and Total Exposure Football draw-string bag.
What equipment do I need to bring for the camp?
Although this is a low contact camp, a mouthpiece is suggested. You will need to bring cleats (since we will be on a turf field). Any other accesories are optional (gloves, towels, eye black, etc.).
Please eat a sensible breakfast before coming. Breakfast will not be served before the camp. Hydration is available to all participants. A light lunch will be served torwards the end of the event. The canteen will be open selling food and drinks for spectators.

What is the Total Exposure Football Camp and who can attend?
The Total Exposure Football Development Camp is an exposure camp for the top football players in the Southeast in the Class of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021. This camp is in association with Rivals.com, Scout.com, 24/7Sports.com and Varsity Prep.com. This is also a development camp where each athlete will get a chance to sharpen their skills by learning from former NFL players at their position! All football players who are rising 7th graders through 12th graders are eligible for this event. While it is open to all participants, invitations do go out to some players and those spots are reserved.
What Testing, Drills and Position-Specific Skill Development will be done at the Total Exposure Camp?
Each athlete will be timed in: the 40 yd. dash (timed by SPARQ Laser Timers for accuracy), Pro-Agility Shuttle (5-10-5), the NFL L-Drill and the Chest Power Throw (strength).
